What if I were to tell you that there are only two (2) decisions standing between you and everything you want for your life?

Long before The Miracle Morning was the “Miracle Equation” – the formula I discovered at age 20, which every successful person has used to defy the odds and create extraordinary, meaningful results – or what I call “tangible, measurable miracles.”

In today’s podcast episode (the first in a new Miracle Equation series), I share how the Miracle Equation came to be and how you can begin to apply it in your life.

AND… The Miracle Equation: The Two Decisions That Move Your Biggest Goals from Possible, to Probable, to Inevitable is my first traditionally published book that is now available for pre-order!

I can’t wait to share insights, strategies, and knowledge from the book to help you overcome any self-limiting mindsets and behaviors that are holding you back from what you want in life.

Today, mindfulness expert Julianna Raye and I dive deep into how I got into the practice of meditation, its initial and long-term benefits in my personal and professional life, and how it can enable all of us to both improve our individual lives and be of greater service in the world.

When the US economy crashed in 2007, I crashed with it. I lost half of my clients, couldn’t pay my mortgage, and didn’t know how to turn things around. It was at that point in my life that I started exploring the benefits of meditation and mindfulness.

As I began a daily practice, it gave me the power to be present, think more clearly, and optimize my cognitive abilities. The effects were so profound and so transformative that “Silence” became an integral part of my Miracle Morning.

Do you aspire to have both the “time” freedom and “financial” freedom that are available through entrepreneurship?

Today’s guest, CEO, entrepreneur and bestselling author, Chris Ducker, has built multiple successful companies and brands all over the world. After suffering a horrific burnout at the end of 2009, he set a goal to become a virtual CEO - and achieved it by November of 2010.

Now, nine years later, Chris has freedom in his business. He works an average of six hours a day, four days a week, helping others build virtual businesses like his.

At the core of his success is this fact: Chris has created his own personal brand, which he has applied to everything else he has ever aspired to create. As the founder of Youpreneur and the author of The Rise of the Youpreneur, he helps people shift their mindsets, cultivate great reputations, and truly serve the people who need them.

Today, you’re going to hear Chris’s speech that he gave at this past December’s Best Year Ever Blueprint LIVE Experience. He digs into his 3-step process to help entrepreneurs develop their personal brand, the power of having your own online community, and shares stories - from his own life and others - that show you why what he does works so well.

Do you ever find that you are held back by your fears or self-limiting beliefs? If so, then today’s episode is for you.

My conversation today is with Kari Romeo, whom I’ve known and admired for years, ever since we met at the Best Year Ever Blueprint. Kari is a retired Air Force officer, life coach, and author of the new book, Becoming Beautiful: A Personal Journey Towards Happiness.

Across all these roles, she has been highly successful, but today you’ll hear how she often struggled with questions of self-esteem, self-worth, and whether she was doing enough—as well as with the fact that she felt like she needed to wear a masculine mask in order to succeed in her professional roles.

Today, Kari joins the podcast to talk about her journey, how to work through insecurity and reframe the questions we ask ourselves in order to overcome our fears and limiting beliefs, the way her book transformed over the course of writing it, and how you can conquer impostor syndrome and answer your calling.

10 years ago, Brandy and Lance Salazar found themselves on the verge of divorce. However, instead of calling it quits, they gave things one last try and it made all the difference. They learned how to design and create a legendary marriage and today, they’re one of the happiest, most fulfilled, and emotionally intelligent couples that my wife and I know.

Now they’re on a mission to help couples reconnect and stay deeply in love while raising children, which they do through Legendary Couples With Kids. Not only that, but they also co-authored the newest book in The Miracle Morning series, The Miracle Morning for Couples: Create Legendary Connection, One Morning at a Time, which is officially out today! In it, they help answer a simple question for Miracle Morning practitioners: “How do I get my spouse to do this?

Today, Lance and Brandy join the podcast to talk about why maintaining your marriage is such a unique challenge while working and raising kids.

You’ll hear me open up today’s podcast by saying that “this is the most excited I’ve been to interview someone in a long time!” I mean that very sincerely, and that is because today’s conversation covers a topic that is truly unknown and revolutionary for most people (and something I only recently discovered in my own life).

Over the last 21 years, Todd Herman has helped elite athletes, performers, and leaders tap into their “alter egos” and achieve the seemingly impossible. He speaks to over 200,000 people a year in 73 countries, has been featured in The New York Times, CBS Radio, The Huffington Post, Business Insider, and has been called a “training superstar” by The Boston Herald.

However, to get there, Todd had to make his own discovery. He knew that inside himself was a confident, self-assured, intelligent person who could help others get better results in their lives and businesses - and found a specific trick (hint: accessing his “alter ego”) that helped him activate the traits he needed to achieve his goals.

He tells this story in his new book, The Alter Ego Effect: The Power of Secret Identities to Transform Your Life, and I’m so excited to have him on the podcast today to talk about the tools highly effective people use to defeat fear, imposter syndrome, and self-doubt.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner I wanted to talk about love, but not about romantic love. I want to talk about unconditional love—how it affects our happiness, quality of life, and relationships—and how we can amplify it to improve all three.

So many people are too hard on themselves, unhappy, quick to condemn and resent others, and upset about their lives - and I want to help change that.

In today’s episode, I show you how to wake up feeling good, to love yourself and your life, to stop living with judgement and resentments, and to embrace the freedom and power of unconditional love in three big ways.

I met Lucia at an event we both spoke at in Milan and we instantly connected. Today, she joins the podcast to talk about making meaningful change, the difference between seeking pleasure and finding happiness, and why she’s often introduced as “the Italian Louise Hay.”

What happens when you achieve everything you thought would make life fulfilling, but it doesn't?

Today Emily D. Baker and I are going to explore how three words can change your life and set you free.

After serving as a deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles for 10 years, she struck out on her own to empower women entrepreneurs. As a consultant, she ensures her clients understand the advice she gives them - instead of leaving them more confused than when she started - and helps them create common sense documents that protect their businesses and make total sense to everyone involved.

She’s blunt, no nonsense, and loving - and today, she’s going to share the three words that will change your life, no matter what stage of life you’re in.

Over the last few months, I’ve been thinking a lot about creating my Miracle Evening routine and experimenting with a few different methods. While the Miracle Morning has been all about putting yourself in peak mental, emotional, and spiritual state – first thing in the morning, I’ve found that the evening has been an amazing time to look at my life from a perspective of celebration and reflection. Doing this has had profound impacts on my life, helped me work through several major challenges I’ve faced recently, and led to more breakthroughs than I can count.

In today’s episode, I take you through my exact process for manufacturing breakthroughs - where I do it, the tools I use, and how it helps me retrain my brain and work through specific issues, such as a newfound anxiety that has greatly affected me over the last few months.

This is the definitive episode where we break down, step by step, how to achieve your goals. I was going to do it solo and give my best advice on goal setting, but I realized that there are people who are better at this than I am.

Geoff Woods is my guest today. He is the vice president of The ONE Thing, where he works alongside billionaire Gary Keller and his NY Times bestselling co-author, Jay Papasan, teaching people how to live a life of focus so they can have more and do less.

Geoff and I first met when I appeared as a guest on his podcast, and I’m thrilled to be able to finally host him in today’s episode. He offers brilliant strategies and insights for people of all kinds - and if you’re looking to transform your routine, ask bigger questions, and seek bigger answers, this is a must-listen.

Are you ready and prepared to achieve your most important goals for 2019 and make it the best year of your life (literally)?

We just concluded our 5th annual Best Year Ever [Blueprint] live experience where 500 members of the Miracle Morning Community came together in San Diego and engaged in a process designed to accelerate their personal and professional success in 2019 (and beyond).

Today, we want to share some of the key lessons with you—a highlight reel, of sorts—from the event, so that you can immediately begin applying these lessons and preparing to make 2019 the best year of YOUR life.

Joining me today is my business partner and guest host, Jon Berghoff, founder of Flourishing Leadership Institute, as well as Jon Vroman, founder of the Front Row Foundation (wait until you hear how much money was raised for the charity at BYEB!) and founder of Front Row Dads.

We talk about the power of seeing past attendees sharing how they achieved the results they set out to achieve the year before, the big lessons we learned this year, the great speakers we had the privilege of hosting, and why the transformational energy of Best Year Ever [Blueprint] is so hard to put into words.

Would you benefit from figuring out how to organize your thoughts while increasing your productivity? Our guest today, Ryder Carroll, famously created a worldwide movement and method known as “Bullet Journaling” (or what I call “Scribing 2.0”) that accomplishes both of those, simultaneously.

After struggling for years with organizing systems and finding that none worked the way his mind did (after being diagnosed with ADHD), he created Bullet Journaling — a new method to become consistently focused and effective.

He shared his invention with friends who suffered from similar challenges, and it went viral. His brand new, New York Times bestselling book is The Bullet Journal Method: Track the Past, Order the Present, Design the Future, and in it, he explores what it means to live an intentional life, one that's both productive and meaningful.

Ryder has been featured in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, Fast Company, Bloomberg, LifeHacker, and Mashable. He’s also worked with companies including Adidas, American Express, Cisco, Macy's, IBM, and HP.

Sean Stephenson was born with a rare bone disorder called osteogenesis imperfecta. In fact, his parents were told that he likely had mere months to live.

30 years later, Sean is known worldwide as the “3 Foot Giant,” and with good reason. He’s worked at the White House, can count Richard Branson, Bill Clinton, and His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama among his admirers, has been interviewed by Oprah and Jimmy Kimmel, and has 10+ million views on his videos. He also appears in the upcoming Miracle Morning movie.

Sean is a powerful speaker and his mission is to rid the world of insecurity. He appeared at our Best Year Ever [Blueprint] LIVE experience in San Diego last weekend, and his talk was the one I wanted my wife and children to see more than any other. If you have unfulfilled goals, unfinished work, or dreams you still want to see through, it’s a must-listen.

It is my pleasure to introduce you to Radha Agrawal, who is the CEO, founder and Chief Community Architect of Daybreaker and has built a global community made up of nearly 500,000 like-minded people.

In case you’re not familiar with Daybreaker – it is the early morning dance and wellness movement currently serving almost half a million people by holding events in 25 cities and over a dozen college campuses around the world.

Her new book, Belong: Find Your People, Create Community, and Live a More Connected Life, answers two big questions: “How the heck do I find my people?" and "How do I create large and meaningful communities in the real world?"

Radha spent 18 months synthesizing her key methods for community building, and now she’s peeling back the curtain on what she and her team did to build Daybreaker to give you a blueprint for how to create communities of your own.

Today, Radha joins the podcast to talk about the importance of building communities, how to find your tribe when you realize you don’t belong, how she created and built momentum for Daybreaker, and how to build your personal or professional community - no matter what your goals are.

We just had Thanksgiving in the United States – a day on which many of us are reminded to give thanks and express gratitude. BUT… Personally, I believe every day should essentially be like Thanksgiving, and maybe even much more than that.

The benefits of gratitude are countless, as studies have shown that people who regularly and actively practice gratitude are happier, have better relationships, and even a stronger immune system.

That’s why today, I want to explore gratitude as a foundational lens through which we experience our lives, relationships, and even adversity. I’ll share with you my daily gratitude practice, what it’s taught me, and the techniques and strategies I use to deepen and amplify the gratitude in my life.

Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your life; it means more to me than you might realize. As many of us will be celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday tomorrow, know that I am deeply thankful for you and for our community, and I appreciate that you allow me to be a (small) part of your life. I truly don’t take that lightly, as you’ll hear in the beginning of today’s podcast episode. :^)

Speaking of today’s episode, although the Miracle Morning has become a huge part of my life, it’s just been recently that I’ve started thinking about creating an evening routine to help me become a better, happier, and more effective person.

A practice that I started several weeks ago led me to create a (somewhat rough and unrefined) Miracle “Evening” routine – and it has already led me to some powerful insights and personal transformation.

On today’s podcast, I take you through the three steps of this evening routine that’s almost as new for me as it will be for you – and I highly encourage you to give it a try!

Many of us may not realize it (I’m definitely guilty of this), but we sometimes fall into the trap of being “personal development junkies” - often chasing the high from those incredible “aha!” moments that books give us, but we don’t always turn those lessons into real personal development or meaningful life changes.

In today’s solo episode, I dig into why this is, talk about how to integrate “book summaries” into your reading plan, as well as my personal hacks that help me read more books (hint: there’s an app for that) — and how to get more out of them faster than ever before.

Imagine if you possessed 4 powerful questions that would automatically (and almost instantly) put you in a positive state of mind, improve your relationships with every person in your life, and deepen your sense of purpose.

For those of you joining us in San Diego next month for the Best Year Ever Blueprint LIVE experience (December 7-9th), this conversation is the PERFECT preview of the event and these are the type of transformative questions that you’ll be engaging with next month.

Today’s podcast episode is an encore presentation of the #1 most popular episode we’ve ever done, which is an unscripted conversation between me and Jon Berghoff that originally aired live (with 4,000+ people watching), last year, and let’s just say it got VERY personal.

Today’s episode is the most important I’ve recorded for you in a long time and ends with me giving you a simple 3-step solution to quickly (and literally) transform any area of your life, as I recently did after having a painful realization... I’ve been a mediocre dad.

That hurts to admit—even to myself. But the other night, I had a profound personal breakthrough when I suddenly realized that I’ve fallen back into some old patterns and have been settling for mediocrity in the area of my life that matters more to me than anything… my children.

Part of the breakthrough was realizing that I’ve been oblivious, delusional and in denial about this. AND… I realized that being oblivious, delusional and in denial about our blind spots is something we ALL suffer from in one way or another. Thus, it is crucial that we all give ourselves the reality check that I’m sharing with you in today’s episode.

If you think you’re settling for mediocrity in any way, it’s time for you to get out of your comfort zone, engage in a reality check, and schedule time for reflection in whatever areas you need to address.

Before today’s guest embarked on his mission to save millions of lives, he had to save his own.

Scott Harrison was one of New York City’s premier nightclub promoters, doing drugs, drinking heavily, deeply unfulfilled and on the verge of self-destructing. In today’s podcast episode, he tells me his riveting story of how he came to declare spiritual, moral, and emotional bankruptcy – and uses it as a catalyst to change the world…

Now, Scott has made lists such as Fortune’s 40 Under 40, Forbes’ Impact 30, and was #10 on Fast Company’s 100 most creative people in business, as well as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. He is the CEO and founder of Charity Water, an organization dedicated to helping people in developing nations get access to clean and safe drinking water. Charity Water has provided clean drinking water to over 8.5 million people in 26 countries.

I’ve been enamored with Scott’s story, passion, and vision – which are the basis of his new book, Thirst: A Story of Redemption, Compassion, and a Mission to Bring Clean Water to the World.

Today, he joins the podcast to share insights from his remarkable journey and personal transformation, in a way that can inspire you to do the same.

Wow. I was nearly speechless during and after my conversation with today’s guest, Akshay Nanavati, who is as fascinating as he is brilliant. After serving during the Iraq War, he returned home and found himself suffering from addiction, post-traumatic stress, survivor’s guilt, depression, and alcoholism.

On the brink of suicide, Akshay discovered a unique way to find gifts in what most of us view as “negative” emotions—such as fear, stress, and anxiety—so that they would no longer hold him back. In fact, these emotions became fuel to help him achieve his greatest goals, including running across 8 countries (on his way to running across EVERY country in the world).

His new book, Fearvana, is his actionable guide to transforming fear and struggle into boundless bliss. Today, he joins the podcast to share his unbelievable story and teach us exactly how he turns what should be debilitating adversities into major successes.

Jesse Levine was my first mentor, and it’s safe to say that his impact on my life has been as crucial to my success as that of any other person. In fact, when people ask me who I attribute my mindset or my success to, I always say, “It’s half mom and dad, and half Jesse.

We met when I was 19, and Jesse was 23. He was my manager at Cutco—the #1 manager in the 50-year history of the company—and he didn’t just help me break national sales records, he helped me to fulfill my potential in ways I never even knew existed.

With a combination of vision, talent, and high standards, Jesse brings out the best in people consistently. His enthusiasm is contagious, and as a serial entrepreneur, he brings it to every single project he takes on.

Today, Jesse joins the podcast to share a few fun stories from our time at Cutco, including how he reached goals seen as impossible by managers 10+ years older than he was when he reached them, how to get highly talented people to buy into your vision, and how he makes things happen that have never been done before.

Gone are the days when education was something that only happened at the start of your career. The name of today's game, both personally and professionally, is to be constantly learning: just enough, just in time, and never stopping.

In today’s podcast, I have an intriguing conversation with Danny Iny – the CEO of Mirasee – who is on a mission to provide business education that equips professionals and entrepreneurs with the tools to impact their communities and change the world.

I met Danny at a mastermind in Austin and was instantly impressed by his character, integrity, and value-driven approach. He cares deeply about the people he serves.

Today, he joins the podcast to talk about the problems facing our education system and job market - and how you can use this transformational time to both get ahead and empower others.

But… before you listen to the podcast, you can get a free copy of Danny’s new book, Leveraged Learning: How the Disruption of Education Helps Lifelong Learners, and Experts with Something to Teach. In it, he explores robust, affordable, and viable new models of education for both students and educators alike. (*You can download Danny’s book for free, here.)
